Why Clients Choose Bodhi Legal

A small number of distinct qualities set this practice apart from general legal offices.

Pension-Focused Practice

We work exclusively within pension law. Clients are not moved between practice areas or handed off to generalists.

Everything in Writing

Every assessment, recommendation, and outcome is summarised in a document the client may keep, share with family, or review at their own pace.

Plain-Language Communication

Legal conclusions are stated in clear terms, avoiding jargon that obscures rather than informs.

Unhurried Process

Clients are given time to consider options before decisions are made. No pressure is applied at any stage of an engagement.

Transparent Scope & Fees

The scope of each service and its fee are stated clearly before any work begins. There are no unexpected additions.

Central Bangkok Location

Our office at Wireless Road, Lumphini is accessible by BTS and MRT. Meetings may also be arranged remotely where preferred.

Have Questions About Your Pension Entitlement?

An initial conversation costs nothing. If you have received a decision letter from a pension authority, or simply wish to understand whether your contribution records appear correct, we are happy to speak with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the documentary review involve?

We read through your pension records, employment history, and any correspondence from pension authorities. We then prepare a written eligibility timeline and a plain-language note explaining your apparent entitlement. This document is yours to keep and share with family members or other advisers.

My pension payments were reduced. Can reinstatement support help?

Reinstatement support covers situations where payments have been suspended, withdrawn, or substantially reduced. We compile the necessary supporting documents, draft a formal request to the pension authority, and manage correspondence throughout the review. The client receives a written summary of the outcome and, where relevant, a note on further options.

How long does a tribunal matter typically take?

Administrative tribunal timelines vary depending on the authority and the complexity of the dispute. We brief clients in writing on the expected structure before proceedings begin, and provide a written explanation after the decision is published so clients may consider their position at their own pace.

Are fees fixed for each service?

Yes. Each service has a stated fee: documentary review and eligibility assessment is ฿4,800; pension reinstatement support is ฿7,800; tribunal representation is ฿14,200. The scope of each service is confirmed in writing before work begins, and there are no additions beyond the agreed fee.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All information shared during an engagement — documents, personal details, and correspondence — is treated as confidential and handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties except where directly required by the pension authority in the course of the matter.

Can I involve a family member in meetings or correspondence?

Yes, and we actively encourage this where clients find it helpful. The written documents we produce are intended partly to facilitate that — so family members or trusted friends can read through findings and consider them alongside the client.
